TEAM

FUN - INTERESTING - SUSTAINABLE

With this in mind, we have grown restaurant by restaurant, working with a group of talented individuals.

Fun - Vendors, partners, and team members all contribute to the joy of building a company that benefits all.

Interesting - Creative energy, community engagement, and the greater good make our company more than a business.

Sustainable - Efficiency, investment, excellence and value set the framework for our financial goals.

The BTS culture of service respects the unique personalities and attributes of each individual, for through their intellect, talent, and ability to show empathy towards each guest and co-worker, our common culture of service based hospitality is paramount to the success of each restaurant within the Brewed to Serve family.

The word family is not used loosely, as the company is led by Cindy LeBlanc and is supported by her husband Alan LeBlanc and her nephew John Roberts.
