HOSPITALITY LEADS THE WAY
Since our last posting in August, the global hospitality community has continued to bear the brunt of the fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic. But in the true sense of hospitality, restaurants, airlines and hotels are leading the way to continue to serve in a creative and dynamic manner meeting the need for safety and joy as we seek balance.
Our newest restaurant, Bold Monk Brewing Co. , has led the way in bouncing back from our March closings. Located on Atlanta’s Upper Westside, we were able to expand outdoor dining to the covered breezeway, and built a 3,000 square foot European beer garden in the woods that created dining options that have met the needs of our guests. Each week, more and more Atlantans are finding their way to this special place, and it is exciting to see families and friends once again enjoying time together.
White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails, our upscale Southern restaurant, opened in August as the AmericasMart once again greeted buyers and sellers from around the country. As a leader in Downtown Atlanta, we are committed to serving our long-term clients, joining with our hotel partners to offer visitors a memorable experience, and supporting our local residents and office tenants as their neighborhood restaurant. Again, through the use of an expanded patio and the open nature of our spacious, socially distanced restaurant, we are able to offer a safe and delightful ambiance.
As 2020 comes to a close, we are moving forward with cautious optimism and opening our oldest restaurant – Max Lager’s Wood Fired Grill & Brewery. Established in 1998, Max Lager’s has become an institution in Atlanta, and we are looking forward to breathing life back into the restaurant that started it all.
Since our March closings, our team has been working to prepare our operations for reopening when it made sense. Restaurateurs, grocery store personnel, gas station operators, contractors, as well as nurses and doctors and many others have been working on site every day to keep our economy going and lead the way out of the fear of the pandemic. Employing practical applications of safety protocols, we are investing our resources to open and serve, with the hope that society can see that we can move toward normalcy while protecting those who have the greatest risk.
Once again, we would like to thank all our team for their commitment and support, as well as our vendors and partners for being there when needed.

WHITE OAK KITCHEN & COCKTAILS REOPENS DINING ROOMS
White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails is now open to serve our greater downtown community.
After several months of assisting in "flattening the curve", and working with hospitality and business organizations, we have recreated our space as a beautiful, socially distanced dining alternative for your enjoyment once again.
Offering lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner service on Saturday evening, our large bar, the Barrel Bar, and our private dining rooms have been reconfigured to allow for a dining experience that has been forgotten during the time of the pandemic. In addition, we've added tables to our side patio to provide outdoor dining among our urban garden.
We are also offering to-go food available for curbside pick-up as well as office catering for boxed lunches.
We ask that all guests respect the following guidelines and COVID-19 dining policies we've set based on recommendations by the Office of the Governor, the CDC, the Georgia Department of Public Health, and the knowledge we've gained from operating our sister establishment, Bold Monk Brewing Co.:
1. Please make reservations on Open Table, or call 404.524.7200.
2. Guests must wear masks to their tables and while moving through the dining room.
3. Hands will be sanitized upon entry.
4. Once seated, we encourage guests not to wander the venue for the safety of themselves, their companions, their fellow patrons, and our staff.
We are extremely excited to be serving once again. As you look to encourage your teams' returns to the office for collaborative and supportive initiatives, we welcome and thank you for choosing White Oak to make the transition more rewarding, and letting everyone known that Downtown Atlanta is open for business once more.

BOLD MONK BREWING CO. REOPENS DINING ROOMS
Friday, May 8, Bold Monk Brewing Co. reopened its dining rooms for dinner service beginning at 4 pm. To-go food and curbside pickup continues with an expanded range of offerings and new hours. View menus here.
Starting Monday, July 27, Bold Monk’s new hours for dine-in service will be:
Tuesday – Friday: 11:30am – 9pm
Saturday + Sunday: 10:30am – 9pm
Closed on Monday
Our team has been investing their time and talents to prepare in every way for the welcoming of our community in a safe and social distancing environment. Our spacious dining rooms have been reconfigured to provide social distancing while maintaining the sense of comfort for which Bold Monk has become known.
There will definitely be changes as we move forward to ensure we are meeting every safety procedure. We ask that all guests respect the following guidelines for dining we’ve set based on recommendations by the Office of the Governor, the CDC, and the Georgia Department of Public Health:
